Andrzej is a machine learning engineer with a strong background in computer vision and applied AI research. His previous work includes developing methods for histopathological image classification, which led to a publication in Scientific Reports presenting a large-scale dataset designed to support diagnostic tasks. He has experience across both academic and commercial R&D, focusing on practical machine learning applications.
Since joining QED Software in 2020, Andrzej has been actively involved in a broad range of projects, spanning research and development as well as backend application architecture. Proficient in Python and backend systems design, he is experienced in creating robust, scalable solutions tailored to complex technical challenges.
Outside of work, Andrzej pursues a deep passion for the arts, being a classically trained musician and an active performer. He is also an avid padel player, balancing creativity with physical activity in his free time.
